Anthony has helped me through two purchases and a refi. He is knowledgeable, patient, accessible, punctual, and without his support and diligence I wouldn’t have been able to close on my second home purchase. He was with me every step and without his help and expertise I would have been lost through my contingency and presumably would have lost out on closing on my home loan. I highly recommend Navesink Home Loans for all home loan needs and will continue to consult them for any and all guidance in the housing market.

From our initial home purchase, to refinancing, to constantly checking rates and keeping us in the loop - Anthony and his team have been critical in helping us build out our home and our future plans. They have always been a phone call away for advice or suggestions and I’m not sure we would have gotten through the home buying process without them. Just completed a refinance with Colin at Navesink Home Loans. Amazingly low rate with little costs and no appraisal. Process took 12 days to close. No physical contact needed which was great. I highly recommend Colin and Navesink Home Loans. 👍🏻

A friend suggested Colin at Navesink. His rate was .25% lower than Wells and he was available all the time. He answered all of my texts/calls no matter what time of day it was. I had originally started off with another mortgage broker that was recommended by my realtor who kept increasing our rate and delayed our closing despite having 3 months on getting a mortgage agreement. I had had enougj and googled other companies and was impressed with the reviews I had read about Colin and this company so I called him to see if he could help us. He had a mortgage commitment ready for us within 5 business days of when we first spoke to him. He was extremely professional and helpful, answering my questions well after business hours. I just recently closed on my first home, and worked with Colin and Navesink Home Loans to secure the mortgage. I wanted to be sure to leave a review because the excellent reviews were one of the reasons I reached out in the first place. I was not disappointed. Colin was able to explain everything in a way that was easy for me to understand, he was consistently in contact with me throughout the entire process to make sure everything was going well, and he was able to get me a great rate too! I went into this process having heard many horror stories of what can go wrong during the mortgage process, but Colin made it as simple and easy as possible.

I recently purchased a house and obtained my mortgage through Anthony Pallone with Navesink Home Loans. I shopped around with several big banks and was eventually referred by a colleague to Anthony at Navesink Home Loans. I was initially attracted to his interest rate as it was lower than all of my other offers. The costs were far lower with Navesink too. Anthony gave me his cell number and was available anytime I had a question. I closed in three weeks like he expected with no surprises. He even recommended a title company where I was able to save a few hundred dollars over the one my attorney wanted to use. I highly recommend Anthony Pallone and Navesink Home Loans to anybody looking to buy a house.
